In this fast-paced role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while promoting our car wash services, upgrades, memberships, detailing, and special offers. No car wash experience is required — we will train! . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to learn sales and customer service skills. Bilingual ability, especially English/Spanish , is a major plus. In addition to hourly pay, this role may include a commission or bonus component based on qualified sales such as memberships, upgrades, detailing packages, or other approved promotions. Duties Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression Explain car wash packages, upgrades, memberships, detailing services, and promotions Actively upsell customers based on their needs and vehicle condition Issue tickets accurately and process cash and electronic payments Promote unlimited membership plans and help increase recurring customer sign-ups Provide clear instructions to customers regarding wash options and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional ticketing/sales area Answer customer questions and handle concerns in a professional manner Work with the wash team to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the process Support sales promotions, community events, and marketing campaigns as needed Track and communicate sales opportunities, customer feedback, and common objections to management Requirements No car wash experience required — we will train the right candidate Strong customer service, guest service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred Sales experience preferred, but not required Comfortable speaking with customers and making service recommendations Willingness to learn wash packages, upgrades, memberships, and sales scripts Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems preferred Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to handle customer concerns professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Team player with a proactive approach to helping the business grow Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus Compensation This is a paid hourly position. A commission or bonus opportunity may also be available based on sales performance, including memberships, upgraded wash packages, detailing services, and other approved sales goals.
