This position is responsible for greeting customers, creating service tickets, explaining wash packages, recommending upgrades, and ensuring customers have an excellent experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, enjoys sales, has knowledge of different vehicle types, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Create accurate service tickets based on vehicle type and requested services Explain wash packages and recommend upgrades or additional services Upsell premium washes, detailing services, and add-ons Identify vehicle sizes and classifications to ensure proper pricing Drive customer vehicles safely when needed Assist with washing, drying, vacuuming, and other car wash duties as required Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional appearance Work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications Strong customer service and sales skills Comfortable speaking with customers and making recommendations Basic knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and sizes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to safely drive a variety of vehicles, including larger SUVs and trucks Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality Strong communication skills Sales-minded with the ability to confidently recommend services Attention to detail and accuracy when creating tickets Professional appearance and attitude Why Join Us?
