JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Entertainment is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Development Associate to join our Studio Unscripted team. The Creative Development Associate will play a key part in generating, shaping, and presenting compelling content ideas from concept through pitch. Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and produce high-quality pitch decks that clearly communicate creative concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners
Generate, write, and refine original unscripted series ideas across a variety of formats and platforms
Collaborate with creative teams to package ideas into polished, market-ready presentations
Ensure all materials are visually cohesive, well-structured, and aligned with brand standards
Support the development process by researching trends, formats, and talent in the unscripted space
Create and edit short-form content to help bring concepts to life, including shooting on mobile devices and editing on accessible platforms (e.g., phone or laptop-based tools)
Provide admin support as needed to the EVP, Unscripted - Studio
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
3+ years of proven experience creating compelling pitch decks and presentation materials
Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and concepts
Excellent formatting and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and design
Hands-on experience shooting and editing short-form video content, particularly using mobile or lightweight production setups

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-85,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
