ARCH Legal, P.C., formerly GrahamHollis A.P.C,. is looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist who thrives on connecting with people, has an eye for detail, and enjoys transforming information into clear, powerful summaries that help drive legal action. This is not your average "call center" position — our Intake Specialists are the first point of contact for individuals seeking justice in the workplace. You'll read, analyze, and interpret detailed information — from employee handbooks to client narratives to court complaints — and turn those findings into well-organized, accurate summaries for our attorneys.
What You'll Do:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from potential clients seeking legal services. Conduct calm, professional, and empathetic interviews — often with individuals under stress. Review and interpret written materials (complaints, client summaries, handbooks, etc.) to assess potential claims. Accurately enter and maintain detailed information in our case management system — precision is key! Prepare thoughtful, well-written case summaries for review by the shareholder and legal team. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What You'll Bring:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong reading comprehension skills — you enjoy digging into written details and connecting the dots. Excellent written communication skills — you can take complex conversations and craft clear, accurate summaries. Strong attention to detail and comfort entering large volumes of data with accuracy. The ability to stay calm, professional, and focused in fast-paced or high-stress situations. A team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Competitive pay: $23-$26/hour , depending on experience. Full benefits package , including 401(k) with matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, disability and life insurance, and profit sharing. A supportive, collaborative environment where your work makes a real impact. A role that's as rewarding as it is challenging — every call is a new story, and your insight helps shape justice for our clients.
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week) Occasional weekends required (Average of 1 Saturday per month), with a weekday off If you're detail-oriented, love reading and writing, and want to be part of a team that values empathy and excellence — we want to hear from you!
