This individual will work with all teams to produce, edit, revise, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and forms that meet the document control requirements of ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
. Participates in the development and maintenance of standardized training material to meet all requirements. Write clear, easy to understand instructions. Assist with the development and implementation of standardized training material. Ability to gather information and writing documentation. Ability to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of documents. Create and edit documents based on standard templates. Maintain revision control of new and or revised documents. Convert legacy/previous documents to the latest format. Maintain a master index of all documents. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Perform internal quality audits per Orbus requirements. Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy. Will interface with all levels of employees. Investigate new processes, tools, and assets, to continually improve productivity and reduce waste and costs. Maintain the high levels of quality to meet the criteria for ISO certification. Maintain a clean workspace
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred; with three or more years of quality systems experience. Must have working knowledge of
ISO 9001
2015 and
ISO 14001
2015. Experience with creating, updating, and tracking policies/procedures, work instructions, and training material is required. Must have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams is required. Must have knowledge of data spreadsheet manipulation, PowerPoint presentation creation, and a thorough knowledge and application of correct business written communication skills. Detail-oriented,highly organized self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with minimal supervision. Must be able to read and write in English. Spanish is helpful.
