Job Description
5+ years' communications or marketing writing experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members, all levels of management, clients, prospects, and executives. Ability to write at the member-facing level in plain language for all to easily grasp the content.
Job Responsibilities:
The Mental Well-being Communications team is looking for a candidate to assist with writing needs for presentations, video and training scripts, promotional emails, flyers and more to help bring the story of Quality &; Performance, and data integration to life. The candidate will work closely with the director of Engagement and other subject matter experts to understand the messaging needs and produce copy adjusted for different audiences that meets the need, such as - member, client, internal, executive, and more. They will also have strong editing skills, Candidate should be detail oriented and have excellent writing review editing skills including the ability to identify improvements and/or errors and be able to make adjustments that meet the need. They will work with business constituents to meet business writing, review and insight needs. They will be knowledgeable of writing standards and guidelines and adhere to them in their writing.
Skills:
Provides support BH/EAP Sales through copywriting for presentations, marketing materials and custom requests for internal needs. Effectively collaborates with key subject matter experts to meet the business needs and requests. Meets urgent deadlines for immediate projects/requests that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe. Writing marketing content, including articles, guidebooks, video scripts, podcast outlines, promotional emails, infographics, etc. ;
