Job Summary:
- We are seeking a talented Proposal Editor to join our dynamic team at Compass Creative Studio.
Responsibilities:

Sales Proposal Development:
- Edit and proofread sales proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Create or revise content for various platforms, including proposals, blogs, and training materials. +
Collaboration:
- Work closely with proposal editors, project specialists, and graphic designers to integrate responses into collateral templates. Collaborate with all teams to achieve deadlines and ensure the highest quality of proposals. +
Content Management:
- Manage the process of extracting valuable narrative from proposals, gaining subject matter approval, and uploading content onto the knowledge base. Develop and publish clear style guides for future proposal writing. +
Brand and Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on branding, offers, and other information that needs to be incorporated into proposal responses. Develop knowledge of all sectors, including operations, marketing, and brand tone of voice. +
Quality Assurance:
- Proofread and edit responses to ensure they meet the highest standards of grammar, style, and typography. Maintain consistency in content across all proposals.
Qualifications:
- + Degree in English, Journalism, or a related field. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience in project management. + Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat). + Knowledge of AP Style is required. + Five years of work experience in a proposal environment is desirable.
