JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for talented Writers to join the #1 national cable news program, Fox & Friends and Fox & Friends First. You use creative and conversational copy to pull viewers in. You know the difference between an attention-grabbing headline and burying the lead. You are also quick to jump on breaking news and a great communicator. The writer position will entail working directly with reporters and correspondents. You will be offered the following shift: Thursday-Monday; 2:00 AM, ET - 10:00 AM, ET

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Write VO's, VO/SOT's and reporter stories under tight deadline pressure Create graphics and edit video via your desktop Communicate critical story information with producers and managers Operate as a team player Pitch story ideas Conduct thorough research on top stories

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
