Role:
As a CBRE Communication Consultant/Partner, you will assist in the coordination and development of communications and materials for internal and external partners. This job is part of the Communications job function. They are responsible for developing internal and external communications that are related to organizational values, strategy, and performance. This role is considered a Remote/ Work from home position. Candidates must be able to adhere to the Central Time-zone standard work hours.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with the development of communication strategies and materials that align with business goals.
  • Support short internal and external communication plans, including content and media strategies. Ensure that key messages align with business strategies and values.
  • Write content for speeches, presentations, email memos, press releases, etc. Create social media plans and track performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Submit press releases to the local media outlets, pitch stories to management, and coordinate interviews.
  • Research and conduct small discovery and information-gathering sessions, including one-on-one interviews, surveys, questionnaires, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide support for or conduct town Hall meetings.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with
CBRE RISE
values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information in a clear and concise manner.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Persuasive communication skills and influencing style among various digital platforms. Expert editing skills.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to communicate comfortably with employees at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. i.e. PowerPoint, SharePoint , Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

The minimum salary for the Communications Partner position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Communications Partner position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
