Full-Time Join the Anderson Motors Team A well-established and growing Volvo Truck and Blue Bird Bus dealership that has proudly served the community since 1964. In October 2025, we moved into a brand-new 43,000-square-foot facility featuring 18 state-of-the-art service bays designed to support our continued growth and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Warranty Writer/ to join our service team. Responsibilities Determine warranty eligibility and perform warranty lookups Perform parts lookups and track parts status Collaborate with technicians to understand repair procedure, diagnose issues and ensure proper documentation. Submit warranty claims to manufacturers Close repair orders in coordination with the Service Manager Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and staff Open repair orders using customer-provided information when necessary Qualifications Preferred minimum of 2 years of service department experience Excellent communication and writing skills Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done CDK experience is a plus Truck or bus industry experience is a plus Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Benefits Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Flexible weekends as needed Group Health and Dental Insurance 401(k) Plan Flex Spending Plan Paid Vacation and Holidays Competitive pay based on experience Modern facility with advanced equipment and technology If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, family-owned company that values its employees, we encourage you to apply today.
