Job Description

Design Support is an integral part of the Aurora Kitchens & Interiors sales process. Our Design Support team provides assistance to the Designer/s throughout the entire sales and design process. Responsibilities & Duties
  • Uses 20/20 and other software to develop high quality designs, presentations and renderings to enhance the sales and order process
  • Answers technical design, product and installation questions
  • Partners with sales team to quote profitable projects with clients' budgets using 2020 and vendor pricing systems
  • Reviews plans, contract documents and orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Carries out order process of projects
  • Responsible for all cabinetry acknowledgements, including procurement
  • Stays current on kitchen and bath design trends through attending webinars and ongoing education opportunities via our manufactures
  • Assists other design associate team members with project audits
  • Evaluates continuous improvement processes with regards to products, responsibilities and procedures
  • Visits job sites to assist in client check-ins and/or field measures
  • Provides customer service support for walk-in clients and phone calls
  • Works with accounting department to maintain client contracts Skills & Qualifications
  • 20/20 experience
  • Background in design industry, kitchen design
  • Excellent technical and computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as being organized, detail oriented, punctual, highly motivated and flexible / adaptable
  • Be a team player, ability to work in and contribute to a team environment
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
