This is a great opportunity to grow within a family owned company while building long term relationships within the design and paint industry. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour for a part time position averaging approximately 28 hours per week, with higher compensation available for experienced and highly qualified candidates. Additional performance based compensation opportunities available.

Position expectations as follows:

Available 4 days per week, including one weekend day Work directly with homeowners, designers, and contractors on residential and commercial projects Assist customers with color selection using samples, fan decks, designer books, and in store tools provided by Catalina Paints Help customers choose appropriate paint products, finishes, and tools based on their project needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of color displays, fan decks, brochures, and work areas Work alongside store staff to support customer orders and daily operations Complete Benjamin Moore product training provided through company portal Ideal candidates should have: Strong communication and customer service skills A professional, personable, and presentable attitude Basic understanding of color, paint finishes, lighting, and design concepts Familiarity with Benjamin Moore products or willingness to learn quickly Good organizational and problem solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced retail environment Experience with rendering or design software such as Photoshop, GIMP, or similar programs is a plus Bilingual Spanish is a plus We are looking for someone who is trainable, motivated, customer focused, and excited to grow within the paint and design industry. Previous paint industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
