Hill Country & Coastal Divisions Sterling Creek Homes Llano, TX + Port Aransas Projects Sterling Creek Homes is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Selections & Procurement Manager to lead the material selections and procurement coordination process for our luxury custom homes across the Texas Hill Country and Coastal markets. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that serves as the logistical bridge between clients, vendors, project managers, accounting, and our internal operations team. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment with multiple moving parts, communicates professionally with high-end clients, and takes ownership of timelines, documentation, and follow-through. About Sterling Creek Homes Sterling Creek Homes builds luxury custom homes in some of Texas' most desirable golf course, resort, waterfront, and Hill Country communities. Our projects span lakefront, riverfront, coastal, and scenic Hill Country properties, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, client experience, and operational excellence. Our team operates with high standards, strong communication, and a commitment to continual growth and improvement. Position Overview The Selections & Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the client selections process from preconstruction through project completion while ensuring all selections, procurement timelines, vendor coordination, and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently. This position plays a critical role in protecting construction schedules, maintaining organization inside Buildertrend, coordinating with vendors and clients, and helping deliver a premium client experience throughout the build process. Key Responsibilities Client Selections Coordination Guide clients through the selections process from preconstruction through completion Coordinate showroom visits and vendor appointments Prepare selections schedules and deadlines Follow up on pending and overdue selections Communicate allowance impacts and upgrade pricing Procurement & Vendor Coordination Coordinate ordering timelines and procurement schedules Verify vendor lead times and material availability Ensure vendors have current plans, specifications, and selections documentation Track deliveries and resolve damaged or missing materials Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers Buildertrend & Documentation Management Upload selections, specifications, and approvals into Buildertrend Maintain organized digital records and selections tracking systems Ensure purchase orders and documentation are accurate and timely Coordinate with accounting regarding deposits, invoices, and procurement documentation Internal Operations Coordination Communicate pending selections and procurement risks to Project Managers Attend weekly production and operations meetings Help protect project schedules through proactive coordination and follow-up Coordinate with estimating and operations teams regarding selections updates and pricing changes Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, procurement, project coordination, or selections management Buildertrend experience preferred Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, email communication, and digital organization systems Experience working with vendors and clients in a professional environment Ideal Candidate Traits Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of urgency and follow-through Excellent communication and client service skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Professional under pressure Process-minded and proactive Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments This Position Is NOT An interior designer role A field superintendent position A project scheduling or construction management role A sales position This is an operations and coordination role focused on selections logistics, procurement management, documentation, and client communication.
