Competitive Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support in a fast-paced operational environment
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, hardware, printers, peripherals, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
- Support Active Directory user account management and password resets
- Configure, deploy, image, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related devices
- Assist with conference room, AV, and event-related technical support as needed
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets within SLA timelines
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication while supporting end users onsite
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support activities within ticketing systems To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Experience providing Desktop Support / IT Support in enterprise environments
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting experience
- VPN/Wi-Fi/network connectivity troubleshooting experience
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in a convention center/event-driven environment
