Job Description

•This position is for a 9am - 5pm, in-office helpdesk support shift •We are an MSP based in New Jersey looking to fill a desktop support position. This is an in-office 1pm to 9pm, second shift position. The candidate will work on support tickets. The business is a great place to work with a unique atmosphere. Experience Required 2-3 Years MSP Helpdesk Experience Apple & Android Support Windows & MacOS Support Desktop Hardware Support Network Support Hardware Installation Office 365 & G Suite Support Active Directory Work Customer Service (Phone & Face to Face) Remote Desktop & VPN Support Microsoft Office Support A+ Certification N+
