• Position Overview
• The Desktop Support Technician provides handson technical support for end users, focusing on hardware, software, and general IT troubleshooting.

This role supports daily operations by resolving service desk tickets, maintaining devices, and assisting users with a wide range of technology needs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a selfstarter, and someone seeking longterm growth in the IT field.

• Key Responsibilities
• Resolve assigned service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide direct customer support and ongoing maintenance for enduser technology.
• Install, maintain, and support desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and configurations.
• Assist with software installations, printer support, remote access, mobile device support, and other enduser technologies.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support audio/visual equipment and general office technology.
• Work independently while managing priorities and time effectively.
• Communicate clearly with users and team members.
• Apply technical skills confidently and adapt to new technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
• Required Skills & Attributes
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windowsbased systems and common office applications.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and related hardware.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in environments requiring protective equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in an onsite technical support or help desk role.
• Familiarity with hardware peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and printers.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Interest in building a longterm IT career.

• This is a Contract position based out of Canton, OH.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
