The Exterior Detail Associate is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and preparing recreational vehicles (RVs) for display and customer delivery. This role ensures all units meet dealership quality standards by maintaining a clean, polished, and professional appearance. The Exterior Detail Associate plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and overall dealership presentation. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and detail the exterior of RV units, including windows, wheels, tires, compartments, roofs, awnings, vents, and exterior surfaces including fiberglass and painted finishes Apply wax, polish, and protective treatments to maintain unit appearance Perform roof treatments and cleaning in accordance with safety standards Operate detailing equipment such as power washers, buffers, polishers, ladders, and scaffolding Inspect units for cleanliness and report any damage or needed repairs Assist with minor cosmetic touch-ups (e.g., light sanding, spot painting) as needed Ensure all units are presentation-ready for customer delivery and lot display Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment, and working at heights Work collaboratively with the service, sales, and detail teams to meet deadlines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualities we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and follow instructions Previous detailing experience (RV, automotive, marine, or similar) Experience using power washing and detailing equipment Regular working hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday requirement.
