Ideal Candidate Profile You are a proactive problem-solver who understands that for a Large Auto Dealership, "speed to market" is critical, while for a Corporate Client, "uncompromising precision" is the priority. You lead by example, stepping in to detail a vehicle when the workflow requires a master's touch. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Detail Manager to lead our cleaning and custodial operations across various facilities. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment, streamline management processes, and uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality and facility maintenance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with industry best practices. Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use to maintain compliance with health regulations. Monitor ongoing facility conditions, perform inspections, and address any deficiencies promptly to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to optimize resources. Lead efforts in hospitality-focused housekeeping management for hotels or similar environments, ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous cleanliness. Foster a positive team environment by supervising staff performance, providing coaching, and encouraging professional development. Experience Proven supervising experience in cleaning services or custodial management within commercial or hospitality settings. Extensive janitorial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Experience managing laundry operations in hotels or healthcare facilities is highly desirable. Background in hotel or hospitality industries demonstrating knowledge of guest service standards. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment, supplies management, and facility maintenance procedures.
