Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly to promote health and hygiene. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Follow established safety procedures and use proper equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or required. Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation standards and environmental practices. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled shifts.
