Criminal Investigation Division
- Detective (Full-Time) The City of Brownfield is seeking motivated and dedicated law enforcement professionals who are interested in a full-time position as a Detective to apply to join our amazing team!

Drug Free Workplace Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certified and commissioned as a Texas Peace Officer (TCOLE) in good standing. Minimum 3 years of service as a sworn peace officer with one agency Valid driver s license with a good driving record US citizenship Candidates must: Be in good standing with their current or most recent agency. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Can respond to callouts in Brownfield within 60 minutes. Possess strong communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate TCOLE certification Prior investigative experience Experience preparing reports, search warrants, and subpoenas Working knowledge of Texas law and enforcementSimilar remote jobs
