Bring Your Passion. We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Developmental Disability (DD) Supervisor - Residential Based to join our team full-time. This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Developmental Disability (DD) Supervisor - Residential Based with ACS, you will oversees daily operations in residential programs, maintains accreditation readiness, and supports individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use needs through coordination of services and person-centered planning. Position Description:

Supervision & Staff Support Supervise and support residential direct care staff, including conducting supervision meetings, reviewing documentation, approving timesheets, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. Provide coaching, orientation, and ongoing professional development for staff. Program Oversight & Compliance Ensure residential facilities meet regulatory, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and documentation. Monitor medication storage and facility/vehicle safety, reporting issues to management as needed. Maintain accreditation readiness through documentation reviews, policy updates, and quality assurance activities. Client Care & Service Coordination Develop, implement, and maintain Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), including updates every 90 days and facilitation of PCP meetings. Provide service coordination, link individuals and families to community resources, and facilitate authorizations with the MCO or funding source. Certification/Licensure Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing if driving a personal and/or company owned vehicle in the course of work.
