New hires will work alongside experienced Senior Technicians who provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help build the skills necessary for long-term success in the field. Field Technician•

Core Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, operation, monitoring, and dismantling of construction dewatering systems and related field equipment Perform field work involving pumps, piping, hoses, wellpoints, tanks, generators, and temporary utility systems Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on pumps, piping systems, and related equipment Monitor system operation and report equipment issues or changing site conditions to supervisors Read and work from basic site plans, mechanical drawings, and dewatering layouts Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and safety requirements Assist with equipment preparation and mobilization, including cleaning, fueling, loading, and staging materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to support successful project execution Qualifications & Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced field environment Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to read measuring devices and follow verbal and written instructions Willingness and ability to travel based on project demands Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and construction site conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing 1-3 years of construction, mechanical, environmental, utility, or related field experience preferred

OSHA 10, OSHA

30, and/or

HAZWOPER

certifications are a plus Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and emergency call-outs as needed Preferred Skills Experience working on construction or environmental job sites Familiarity with pumps, generators, piping systems, or temporary utility equipment Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or other small equipment is a plus CDL license or towing experience is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, opportunities for bonus and advancement, excellent benefits including medical and dental plans, paid holidays and vacations and a 401k plan.
