• Dialysis Registered Nurse
• provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
• Schedule
• : Per-diem, approximate 19 hours/week, MWF shifts starting at 6am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
• Compensation
• : Pay ranges from $29.00-$40.31 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience
• Responsibilities

• What You Can Expect:

• + Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met + Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures + Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching + Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families + Administer and chart all prescribed medications + Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations + Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews + Document required patient education efforts + Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals + Assist in medication inventory maintenance + Lead a small patient care team + Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed + Additional tasks as requested •Qualifications•

• Education/Training:
