Job Description

Identify tooling by size, type and where it is stored. Gather support tooling. Polish and assemble dies for presses according to schedule. Prep dies for caustic, return support tooling to storage racks. Assist with loading and unloading caustic and Nitrider baskets. Understand the meaning of the numbers stenciled on the tooling. Proper operation and inspection of the fork trucks, cranes, hoist, die ejector, sandblaster, Nitrider, and caustic systems. Print schedule in computer system Identify defects on die bearings and technique to repairs them. What will make you successful? Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years or older. Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
