Diesel Technician / Field Mechanic (CDL + Hoisting Required) Boylston / Worcester / Billerica, MA Serving New England Were not looking for a parts changerwere looking for a problem-solver . With a rapidly growing fleet and year-round operations, we need a diesel technician who can think, move, and execute in the field .

What Youll Do:

Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, heavy equipment, and fleet vehicles Perform field service repairs to keep crews operational Handle preventative maintenance and breakdown response Work directly with operations to minimize downtime Be part of a team that takes pride in keeping a large-scale operation running

What You Bring:

CDL A or B (required) Hoisting license (required) Strong experience with diesel systems, hydraulics, and equipment repair Ability to work independently in the field Hustle, accountability, and a no-excuses mindset
