As a Dietary Aid at our center, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dietary team and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our residents and their dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of meals, snacks, and beverages for residents, following established recipes and presentation guidelines Set tables and ensure cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and waste management Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, theme meals, and holiday celebrations Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to build trust, respect, and a positive working environment Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to enhance dietary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
