Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide will assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a healthcare setting.

The hours are:

Saturday and Sunday 7am-1:30pm and Monday and Tuesday 3pm-6:30pm

Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals following specific dietary needs and restrictions
• Set up dining areas and serve meals to residents
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• Bussing tables and dishwashing
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Skills:

• Time management skills to ensure efficient meal service
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in a food industry setting
• Familiarity with bussing, culinary, and kitchen operations
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in the dietary department
