JOB SUMMARY

Ability to assemble trays for regular diets including modifications for various diets and age appropriateness. Delivers trays promptly to serving area or to patient care areas and return trays for cleanup. Knowledge to prepare and serve between meal feedings nourishment for regular and modified diets, including age-appropriate modifications. Prepare and set up any foods needed for dining room. Ability to use computers. Ability to operate a cash register. Helps with cafeteria service and supplies, meal setup and cleanup in cafeteria. Ability to use departmental equipment.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
