Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and meal presentation under the guidance of the cook Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas Support the dietary department in serving meals to residents Ensure adherence to dietary restrictions and special requirements Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or assisted living setting Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Willingness to learn and follow dietary guidelines Culinary background or interest is a plus Join our team as a Dietary Aide/ Server at Stonegates Retirement Community and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our residents.
