Dietary Aide

Lagniappe Healthcare is a skilled nursing facility located in Bastrop, La. Lagniappe provides short term therapy programs and long term care. Lagniappe takes great pride in providing good, nutritious meals to our residents. We are currently taking applications for a Full Time Dietary Aide. Experience in dietary/food service is preferred, but not required, nursing home setting, hospital setting, or even experience within the school system. We provide all of the on the job training required to do tasks as an Aide. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work at a fast pace; read menu's, diet cards, and recipes. Applicants must be reliable, courteous, a team player, and enjoy working with the elderly. Applicants can be trained as a Cook and Aide. ( If a cook some days, hourly rate is more) Applicants must be available for several different shifts. You can apply online here or come by the facility and complete an application.
