Our Dietary Aides help create a positive dining experience for residents while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Position Summary The Dietary Aide assists with resident meal service, food preparation, tray assembly, dishwashing, and kitchen clean-up while maintaining compliance with sanitation, safety, and infection control standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to planned menus and resident diet orders Help with tray assembly and meal service in a safe, timely, and courteous manner Clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and assigned kitchen work areas Ensure food and supplies are properly stored Follow universal precautions, sanitation procedures, infection control standards, and safety policies Respect and promote resident rights in all aspects of the job Attend required trainings and in-services Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Minimum 8th grade education No prior experience required Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Comfortable working in an environment with occasional exposure to hot and cold temperatures Why Join Brewster Parke?
