Days/Weekends Seeking a Dietary Aide to join our caring team of dietary professionals! The ideal candidate would be energetic and flexible with a passion for quality food and service. Must be comfortable working with residents in a Skilled Nursing setting. We are currently seeking to fill a full time and a part time position! No experience necessary! We are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to get started in the food service industry or a health care setting! Opportunity for career advancements within our dietary department as well as other departments. We are passionate about growing our associates skills and knowledge and promoting from within. Must possess a Washington Food Handlers Permit or have the ability to acquire one within 15 (fifteen) days of hire. Come and grow with us! As an important member of our team, the Dietary Aide provides assistance in all food service functions to ensure patients' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be providing assistance in food preparation and serving, while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements High school graduate or equivalent preferred Prior health-care experience preferred Prior food services experience preferred Specific Job Requirements Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc. Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment An Equal Opportunity EmployerSimilar remote jobs
