Boulder City, NV Job Details Full-time $12.00 - $14.70 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Full-Time Dietary Aide Boulder City Hospital Position Summary Boulder City Hospital is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Services team. This position plays an important role in supporting patient care by assisting with food preparation, tray service, meal delivery, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent service to patients, residents, staff, and visitors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and assembly of meals for patients, residents, and employees Prepare and deliver patient meal trays accurately and in a timely manner Perform trayline duties and ensure food quality and portion control standards are met Deliver food carts to designated hospital areas Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory as needed Work cooperatively with dietary staff and other hospital departments Provide courteous and professional customer service Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous food service or healthcare dietary experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices preferred Food Handler Card Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to: Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and equipment Reach with hands and arms Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Talk, hear, taste, and smell Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Schedule & Benefits Full-Time Position Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package available for eligible employees Supportive team environment Opportunity to serve the local community through compassionate healthcare and MORE!
