NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking a Dietary Aide/Kitchen Helper to assist the cook in providing nutritional meals, by preparing and serving meals in an attractive manner, and to maintain a high standard of sanitation and safety. We are looking for an individual that is dependable and energetic to join our excellent team of dietary personnel. We offer a competitive wage of $14.50/hour and have a part-time position available. Flexible Scheduling Responsibilities:
Stores food properly - in containers and off the floor Follows proper sanitation and infection control procedures Covers food in-route to serving area Delivers meals on time in an organized and efficient manner Follows correct procedure for isolation trays Follows safe and proper procedures for hot/steam carts Delivers nourishment and dietary supplements to units per schedule Provides fresh drinking water to all residents per schedule Properly disposes of garbage and waste Sanitizes food preparation equipment, dishes, utensils per policy and procedures Returns items to their proper place Must maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in
Attendance Policy Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. No convictions for abuse, neglect or mistreatment or for misappropriation of property. Ability to read, write and make simple calculations and follow oral and written directions. Prompt and regular attendance NEW Care, Inc. has been providing a variety of supportive living services to residents of Crivitz and the surrounding communities since 1965. For the long-term resident, our goal is to provide a home away from home experience. For our short-term rehabilitation patient, or goal is to restore and return them to their own home.
