• Full-time Linwood Village is a small, rural long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Associate to support our culinary team in delivering nutritious and delicious meals that cater to the individual dietary needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and safety standards. Help with menu planning in collaboration with the Dietary Manager, focusing on resident preferences and nutritional requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, following all health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies. Conduct regular checks on food storage temperatures and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed. Support special dietary needs, including allergies and dietary restrictions, by closely monitoring meal preparations. Communicate effectively with residents to understand their dietary preferences and needs. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to dietary practices. Provide assistance during mealtimes, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents.
