Key Responsibilities:

Prepare meals according to the daily menu and dietary restrictions Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served in accordance with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas Work closely with the Dietary Manager and care team to meet resident needs and preferences Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Cook in a healthcare, long-term care, or institutional setting preferredKnowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary guidelines (ServSafe certification a plus) Ability to read and follow recipes and special diet orders Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Compassion for seniors and a desire to provide quality care through nutrition Join us as a Dietary Cook today!
