Job description Dietary Cook Duties, include but are not limited to: Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service. Prepare food according to standardized recipes. Wash, peel. cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat. Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables.

Previous cook experience is required Must be able to read, write, and follow oral directions. Must present work history that includes institutional or commercial cooking experience.
