  • , you will be responsible for overseeing the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and nutrition counseling. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for our residents, ensuring that their dietary needs are met while promoting overall health and well-being.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks to our residents, while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
  • Manage and supervise a team of dietary staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Develop and implement menus, standardize recipes, and maintain inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
  • Conduct resident assessments, identify nutritional needs, and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address nutritional deficiencies and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, including dietary intake, meal observations, and resident progress
