Position Summary:

As the Dietary Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Dietary Department and play a key role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting Dietary staff Managing daily kitchen and dining operations Ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety standards Planning and coordinating resident meal services Monitoring food quality and resident satisfaction Supporting residents' nutritional needs and dining experience Our residents depend on your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care to ensure they receive meals that are both enjoyable and nutritionally appropriate.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Food sanitation certification required State of South Dakota Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required Prior Dietary Manager experience preferred We are willing to invest in the right candidate who is passionate about resident care and team leadership.
