Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the dietary department, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including federal and state laws, as well as accreditation standards Plan, organize, and implement menu planning, food production, and nutritional services for patients and staff Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient diets, nutrition care, and dietary services Develop and implement educational programs for patients, staff, and families on nutrition and health topics Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
