SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT COORDINATOR
Synergy Homes LLC — Cape Cod, MA Part-Time | 15-30 hrs/week | $25•30/hr | On-Site / HybridWHO WE ARE
Synergy Homes is a luxury design-build firm serving Cape Cod's most discerning waterfront homeowners. We are building two distinct brands simultaneously — a company brand and a personal brand — and we need someone who can capture what we build, tell the story of how we build it, and grow an audience that turns into clients and community. This is not a post-and-pray job. You will be on job sites, in the field, behind the lens, and inside the analytics.WHAT YOU MUST BRING
Proven videography skills — this is the core of the role, not a bonus Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment (DSLR, mirrorless, gimbal, drone a plus) Ability to shoot and edit construction, real estate, and lifestyle content in the field Demonstrated Instagram Reels portfolio — short-form storytelling is non-negotiable Experience editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent Photography skills — architectural, lifestyle, and before/after documentation Understanding of platform-native content: what works on Reels vs. YouTube vs. LinkedIn Comfort working directly with a founder/CEO — you will be in creative conversation dailyDAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Film job site walkthroughs, process videos, and before/after reveals Capture brand content for @synergylive (200K+ followers) and @geoffbright_ Produce and edit short-form Reels, long-form YouTube content, and static carousels Collaborate with an in-house editor on content pipeline and output volume Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across all platforms Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter Monitor and report on performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares Identify trending formats and adapt them to the brand voice Shoot and produce content that supports digital product launches and lead generation Help build both the business brand and the CEO personal brand through consistent visual storytellingCONTENT YOU WILL OWN

You are first and foremost a videographer who also understands social media strategy You do not need to be told what to shoot — you see opportunities on a job site and you take them You have a strong aesthetic eye and understand what luxury brand content looks and feels like You are self-motivated, deadline-driven, and do not need hand-holding You can take creative direction and also push back with ideas of your own Construction or real estate content experience is a significant advantage You are comfortable on job sites — boots on the ground, not just behind a deskWHAT YOU WILL WORK WITH
Two active social media brands — one hybrid personal/business brand (200K+ followers), one CEO personal brand A founder who is highly involved in content direction and brand standards An additional editor — this is a collaborative pipeline, not a solo operation Existing gear on-site including lighting equipment and a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Real content, real job sites, real results — no fake lifestyle contentCOMPENSATION AND EQUIPMENT
$25•30/hr, 15-30 hours per week 90-day performance review — show up, execute, bring ideas, and compensation grows with you You can bring your own equipment to start if desired.
