3+ years Foster Marketing, LLC is a full-service marketing partner providing integrated marketing communications, branding, digital marketing, public relations, trade show and event marketing, and advertising services. We are seeking a Digital Marketer to join our Lafayette office. This role is ideal for a candidate who can execute effectively while contributing to strategy—managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and solving digital challenges across multiple platforms—while partnering closely with the Vice President of Digital Services to develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital initiatives across clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Paid Search (Google Ads) Execute and support SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and performance Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar platforms Maintain and update websites, including WordPress content population and basic maintenance Utilize HubSpot, Monday CRM, and other CRM platforms to manage contacts, pipelines, workflows, and reporting Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations Troubleshoot digital issues across websites, campaigns, tracking, and CRM integrations Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution Requirements Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience Experience with WordPress (content updates and basic maintenance) Proficiency with HubSpot, Monday CRM, or similar CRM platforms Hands-on experience managing Paid LinkedIn campaigns Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Paid Search (Google Ads) Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
