We are now rapidly scaling our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and PRO/Trade Ecommerce business , with a strong focus on performance marketing, conversion, and lifecycle retention. https://www.kingstonbrass.com About the Role We're looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist who understands how to connect content + Social + email/SMS + paid media into a cohesive revenue engine.This role will own:
Email & lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo Social Strategy Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance + boosting strategy Supporting Shopify conversion + campaign execution You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and ecommerce teams to scale both DTC and PRO/Trade revenue channels. Responsibilities Social Media and Meta Performance Manage and grow Kingston's presence on Instagram and Facebook Execute both organic content and paid amplification strategies Launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns (prospecting and retargeting) Boost high-performing posts to extend reach and conversions Identify winning creatives and scale top-performing content Collaborate with design team on ad creatives and short-form video Email and Lifecycle Marketing (Klaviyo) Execute 2 email campaigns per month for DTC and PRO/Trade Manage and optimize flows including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, back in stock, and post-purchase Segment audiences and personalize campaigns Improve open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per send Ecommerce and Campaign Execution Work within Shopify to support promotions, collections, and product launches Align campaigns with product priorities such as best sellers and new arrivals Support landing page and conversion optimization efforts Collaborate on bundles, upsells, and merchandising strategies Analytics and Performance Track KPIs including ROAS, email revenue, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Test and iterate on campaigns to improve results Requirements 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms Strong understanding of paid social strategy and email marketing Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Nice to Hav e Experience in home improvement, interior design, or lifestyle brands Experience with short-form video or UGC content Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Experience with SMS marketing Who You Are Performance-driven and focused on revenue growth Able to connect paid media, content, and email into one strategy Hands-on and execution-oriented Strong eye for creative that converts Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Why Join Kingston Fast-growing ecommerce business with strong momentum Direct impact on revenue and growth initiatives Opportunity to build and scale marketing systems Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Bonus potential tied to performance Full-time positionJob Type:
