Description Are you a socially savvy student at Clemson University looking for an internship to hone your marketing skills and build your portfolio? LV Collective, an Austin-based student-housing and multifamily developer, is seeking a smart, creative and digitally savvy property marketing intern to join our team for the fall. This position will support the leasing and marketing efforts for our new student housing development, Rambler Clemson, located near Clemson University in Clemson, SC. This internship will help prepare you for a position in marketing and communications by offering hands-on experience with inbound and content marketing strategies, content calendar creation, CRM and marketing automation software, social media campaigns, and more.
