Career ResourcesCandidate Experience Sign Up Join Our Talent Network Digital Marketing Manager (Retail/CPG) Pleasant Prairie, WI Full-TimeHybrid$150,000 - $170,000 /yr Posted February 20, 2026 Our CPG client in the health and wellness space is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have experience with CPG healthcare products and working with major retail media networks with performance marketing campaigns. There is a preference for a candidate to sit in Northern Illinois or Milwaukee area, as they do go into the Pleasant Prairie office a few times a month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that drive aggressive growth for client products across both owned and retailer-owned ecommerce platforms. Oversee key digital partnerships, agency relationships, website ecosystems, and performance reporting. Ensure a cohesive, data-driven approach across the full consumer journey Own and manage digital and social advertising strategies and budgets in partnership with external agency Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance across paid media channels including search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms. Manage and optimize campaigns across digital partners including Ibotta, DoorDash, Instacart, Reddit, and Bazaarvoice Oversee owned websites, including brand websites, within the Shopify platform and handle content updates, wireframes, integrations, etc. Partner with the Ecommerce team to identify a promotional calendar Collaborate closely with sales and ecommerce teams to grow revenue across retailer-owned platforms including Amazon, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and more Own budget management, optimization, and performance tracking for retailer-specific campaigns Own end-to-end campaign reporting across all digital channels and partners Oversee Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks Design and implement digital initiatives that drive traffic, acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and lifetime value
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing experience, ideally within an entrepreneurial fast-growth company Experience with paid digital media on Google, YouTube, Meta or other key platforms Strong analytical skills to build performance dashboards and budget forecasting/tracking Key leadership characteristics: collaborative, drive for results, problem solver, eager to learn, strong communicator Experience working with various partners like Ibotta, DoorDash, Instacart, BazaarVoice, and more. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred Some travel may be required In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
