The Job:
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a full-time Digital Content Producer to join the Stanley Black & Decker University training team. The Digital Content Producer will be responsible for developing and creating content including but not limited to videos, live broadcasts (livestreams), photography, and graphics to aid in the development and upskilling of the Stanley Black & Decker Tools & Outdoor workforce. The candidate will work with the Digital and Instructor-Led training teams to develop new ideas, plan and produce content, as well as help monitor, analyze, and update the content as needed. They are a self-starter, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to communicate clearly. They take ownership of their projects, are a strong creative thinker, and are solution oriented.You'll get to: Responsibilities The Digital Training Content Producer is a creative individual who is responsible for developing high quality, informative, and entertaining content to aid in the development and upskilling of Stanley Black & Decker employees and its customers and partners.
In this role they will:
Work with the training team to develop and create educational digital content Drive in partnership the content production process, spearheading pre-production through post-production Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to write engaging and informative scripts and prepare shot lists and storyboards for video projects. Play an integral role in the video and multi-camera live broadcast production process; operating cameras, audio equipment, and editing video as needed. Help manage the training content libraries Help promote and market training content throughout the organization Support new technologies as they become availableThe Person:

5+ years in a video production role performing pre-production, production, and post-production responsibilities. Graduate degree in Digital Media Production or a related field Strong, proven understanding of all aspects of video production Strong technical skills in Premiere and the Adobe Creative Suite A passion for quality; a creative thinker who sees value in high-level production and attention to detail Resourceful and detailed, with the capability to prioritize and be held accountable to follow-through on multiple projects with fast turnarounds Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing Enthusiastic and motivated Experience in live broadcast production, specifically Blackmagic live production equipment (cameras, switchers, etc.) a plus Experience with set design a plus Fluency in Spanish is a plus Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples requested.The Details:
