Responsibilities Prepare and cook diner-style meals, including signature coney dogs, burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other classic favorites with speed and accuracy Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and quality in every dish Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station, adhering to food safety standards at all times Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver timely service and exceptional guest satisfaction Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety procedures Support team members during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously Requirements Proven experience as a cook in a diner or fast-food setting preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
