Schedule 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Rotating weekends and holidays may be required Benefits for Full-Time Employees Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays, Bereavement) Employee Discounts What You'll Do Assist patients with meal ordering and dietary questions Ensure meals match physician diet orders and dietary restrictions Communicate with nursing staff, dietitians, and food service teams Monitor diet changes, NPO status, and tube-feeding protocols Support accurate and timely meal delivery Provide excellent customer service to patients and caregivers Use computer systems to process meal orders and updates Help create a positive dining experience for patients What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment High School Diploma or GED required Food service or healthcare experience preferred Requirements All candidates must complete: Background check Drug screening Immunizations & TB testing Annual flu vaccine Why Sodexo?
