Pay:

As the Dining Room Manager, you'll help create an elevated dining experience for residents, guests, and families by leading front-of-house operations with a hospitality-first mindset. From ensuring exceptional customer service to building a strong and welcoming team culture, you'll play a key role in making every meal feel special. What does Hillcrest have to offer? Lead and oversee daily dining room operations to ensure exceptional resident and guest experiences Ensure residents are warmly greeted, orders are taken accurately, and service standards are consistently maintained Address and resolve resident or guest concerns with professionalism and care Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout all dining spaces Create staffing schedules that support excellent service while meeting budget expectations Hire, train, coach, and supervise front-of-house dining team members Partner closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and service execution Support resident events and collaborate with the Lifestyle team for special dining experiences Maintain menu pricing and updates within the POS system Monitor reservations and dining flow to create a seamless experience Requirements for
Dining Room Manager:
At least one year of fine dining or hospitality leadership experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations Comfortable utilizing technology and POS systems efficiently Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive standing, bending, and movement throughout the shift
