The Patterson is a luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering a restaurant-style dining experience by ensuring meals are prepared and served with excellence, consistency, and care. In this role, you will: Oversee the organized and timely execution of meals across multiple stations Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety Work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef Execute ticketed orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment Keep stations clean, stocked, and operating smoothly Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience for residents This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cooking, thrives in a team-oriented kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality-first mindset to every shift.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time Must be available for both AM and PM shifts Weekend availability required Qualifications & Requirements Requirements Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical Strong cooking skills and ability to follow recipes accurately Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new processes Understanding of food preparation procedures and ingredient proportions Knowledge of food safety, food handling, and safe food storage practices Patience, professionalism, and a passion for cooking Certifications Food Handler's Card or ServSafe Certification preferred not required Experience Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience Restaurant experience preferred If you take pride in your work and want to make a real difference for residents every day, apply today and join our culinary team at Community First Solutions !
